Job Description

We are seeking a Luxury Sales Associate to join the Fine Jewelry Department, representing the Monica Rich Kosann collection. This role is focused on delivering exceptional client service, fostering strong client relationships, and upholding the refined standards of our luxury retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Service and Sales:
  • Deliver a personalized shopping experience, providing tailored product recommendations and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, focusing on clienteling and building long-term customer loyalty.
  • Proactively engage with customers to address inquiries, share product knowledge, and present the Monica Rich Kosann collection with sophistication and expertise.
Product Expertise and Brand Representation:
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of fine jewelry offerings, with a particular focus on Monica Rich Kosann pieces.
  • Attend training sessions and stay informed about new collections, product features, and brand storytelling.
  • Represent the brand’s values with integrity and passion, consistently reflecting its high standards of service and presentation.
Client Development and CRM Management:
  • Utilize CRM tools to effectively manage client information, track sales, and communicate upcoming promotions or events.
  • Conduct after-sales follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for repeat business.
  • Support initiatives to expand the client base through outreach and targeted engagement strategies.
Visual Merchandising and Inventory Management:
  • Assist in maintaining visual merchandising standards to highlight key pieces and seasonal collections.
  • Support inventory processes, including stock replenishment, transfers, and accurate cycle counts.
  • Adhere to loss prevention protocols and report discrepancies promptly to management.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in fine jewelry sales, with a strong focus on client service and clienteling.
  • Passion for fine jewelry and luxury retail, with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic, high-paced environment.
  • Availability to work weekends, holidays, and special events as required.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and POS software.
