Summary
Seasonal role supporting store operations by providing administrative and operational assistance across shipping receiving, stock room, cash office and related functions. Position focuses on maintaining supplies, coordinating vendor services, supporting inventory preparation and ensuring compliance with company procedures for a maximum three month duration.
Responsibilities
- Maintain office facilities supplies and grooming products for associates.
- Coordinate shipping receiving processes and process incoming and outgoing merchandise per company standards.
- Support inventory preparation and execution including reading transfer and shipping documents.
- Partner on shrink reduction efforts and report violations as required.
- Coordinate accessories repair engraving and embossing vendor services.
- Execute Cash Office processes and ensure POS audit compliance.
- Work with accounts payable to ensure timely invoice approvals.
- Assess store processes and recommend efficiency improvements.
- Assist with packing unpacking and moving stock during receiving and stocking functions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years retail operations experience in support customer service or sales capacity.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint and ability to learn new systems.
- Strong time management multitasking and communication skills.
- Collaborative team player with passion for the brand.
- Ability to stand walk and lift approximately 20 lbs.
- Ability to pack unpack and move stock when supporting receiving functions.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow company procedures and documentation.
