Summary
The Flex Assistant Stylist supports the Salesperson Video Program by receiving and preparing samples for video shoots, coordinating with on-set crews and Project Coordinators, and assisting with inventory pulls and store logistics. This is a flexible, on-call position requiring travel between store locations and availability during peak periods.
Responsibilities
- Prepare samples for video shoots including hanging, steaming, and removing tags and censors
- Ensure products are prepped and labeled accurately for assigned filming shifts
- Maintain a clean and organized prep area following program and store guidelines
- Communicate product discrepancies and damage to Project Coordinators and regional Producer
- Procure items from the salesfloor and partner with store logistics teams
- Check out inventory while filming according to store procedures
- Maintain understanding of video sample processes and tools
- Communicate with program teams via Teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Associate of Arts degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years on-figure, high volume, e-commerce assisting experience
- Strong attention to detail, organization and time management skills
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships and work independently
- Problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of high-end retail and service environment
- Proficiency with Mac OS and Microsoft Office Suite
- Clear written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift 30 pounds
