Summary
The Flex Assistant Stylist supports on-set crews and Project Coordinators by receiving, preparing, and organizing product samples for video shoots. This role manages sample intake from photo studios, fulfillment centers, and the salesfloor, coordinates preparation with shoot schedules, and may require flexible hours and travel between store locations. The position requires strong attention to detail, steaming skills, and the ability to work both independently and with store teams.
Responsibilities
- Prepare samples for video shoots including hanging, steaming, and removing tags and censors
- Ensure all product is prepped and labeled in time for assigned filming shifts
- Maintain accurate labeling at receipt, during shoots, and upon return of product
- Keep a clean, organized prep area in accordance with program and store guidelines
- Communicate product discrepancies or damage immediately to Project Coordinators and regional Producer
- Procure items from the salesfloor as needed while adhering to store guidelines for dress and customer interaction
- Partner with store logistics teams to ensure inventory is checked out during filming
- Maintain understanding of the video sample process, tools, and communicate with program teams via Teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Associate of Arts degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years on-figure, high-volume e-commerce assisting experience
- Steaming skills required
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships and work independently
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated understanding of high-end retail and service standards
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and high ethical standards
- Proficiency with Mac OS and Microsoft Office Suite
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills
- Flexible and able to respond immediately to business changes and priorities
- Ability to lift 30 pounds
