Summary
The Flex Assistant Stylist supports sales and video production by receiving and preparing samples for shoots, coordinating with on-set crews and Project Coordinators, and managing product flow between studios, fulfillment centers, and the salesfloor. This on-call position requires flexibility in hours, occasional travel between store locations, and adherence to store guidelines for customer interaction and presentation.
Responsibilities
- Receive and prepare samples for video shoots including hanging, steaming, and removing tags and censors
- Ensure product is prepped and ready for assigned filming shifts
- Maintain accurate labeling of product at receipt during shoot and upon return
- Keep prep area clean and organized according to program and store guidelines
- Communicate product discrepancies and damage to Project Coordinators and regional Producer
- Procure items from the salesfloor following store guidelines
- Partner with store logistics teams to check out inventory while filming
- Maintain understanding of video sample process and related tools
- Communicate with program teams via Teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Associates of Arts degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years on-figure high volume e-commerce assisting experience
- Skilled in building and maintaining positive working relationships
- Strong attention to detail organization and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
- Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of high-end retail and service environment
- Proficiency with Mac OS and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to lift 30 pounds
