Responsibilities
- Set up video set daily including filming fixtures, laptop, and product
- Prep talent on product and filming workflow to meet throughput goals
- Assist with product prep tasks such as hanging, steaming, tag and censor removal
- Wrap up product by re tagging, boxing, and preparing for shipment
- Coach talent on set to create engaging content
- Support training of new crew members on occasion
- Provide accurate data entry and tracking of production processes
- Communicate on set progress and recommend process efficiencies
- Coordinate with store teams and regional leaders to ensure smooth workflow
Requirements
- 2+ years producing video for e commerce, commercial, or retail
- Self motivated, highly organized, and goal oriented team player
- Experience executing video shoots from start to finish
- Comfortable working in a fast paced and changing environment
- Ability to build strong relationships with peers and production team
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and SharePoint
- Clear written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Styling experience preferred
- Willingness to work a flexible on call schedule
