Flex Associate Producer

Summary

Flexible Associate Producer responsible for supporting salesperson video shoots to create a great online customer experience by preparing sets, coaching on-camera talent, and managing product for Nordstrom.com. The role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to switch between prep and on-set production tasks. This is an on-call flexible schedule with hours that vary based on volume of work.

Responsibilities

• Set up video set daily including filming fixtures, laptop, and product for shoots
• Prep and coach talent on product and workflow to meet filming schedules and throughput goals
• Assist in product prep such as hanging, steaming, tag and censor removal
• Handle product wrap-up including re-tagging, boxing, and shipping
• Provide accurate data entry and track production processes
• Communicate on-set progress and process efficiencies to program teams
• Provide constructive feedback to talent to enhance program vision
• Coordinate with store teams and leaders to ensure smooth workflow

Requirements

• 1-3 years experience in retail eCommerce or commercial video production
• Experience executing video shoots from start to finish
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and goal-oriented team player
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and SharePoint
• Clear written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in a fast paced evolving environment with changing deadlines
• Ability to build strong relationships with peers and production team
• Styling experience preferred
