Flex Associate Producer

Summary

The FLEX Associate Producer supports salesperson video shoots for the ecommerce site, helping create a great online customer experience by prepping product, setting up filming areas, coaching on-camera talent, and managing on-set workflows. This is a flexible, on-call role with varying hours based on production volume. The role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to switch between prep and on-set responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Set up video set daily including fixtures, laptop, and product for shoots
• Prep talent on product and filming workflow to meet throughput goals
• Assist with product prep such as hanging, steaming, and tag removal
• Wrap up product by re-tagging, boxing, and preparing shipments
• Coach on-set talent to create engaging content
• Provide training support for new crew members as needed
• Track data entry and communicate process updates with program teams
• Communicate on-set progress and identify process efficiencies
• Coordinate with store teams and regional leaders regarding set or store issues

Requirements

• 2+ years experience producing video for ecommerce, commercial, or retail
• Experience executing video shoots from start to finish
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and goal-oriented team player
• Comfortable working in a fast paced, evolving environment with changing deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with peers and production team
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and SharePoint
• Styling experience preferred
