The Flex Associate Producer supports salesperson video shoots for the e-commerce site, managing set prep, on-set production, and post-shoot product wrap-up on a flexible on-call schedule. Responsibilities

• Set up video set daily including fixtures, laptop, and product for shoots
• Prep talent on product and workflow and adhere to filming schedule
• Assist in product prep such as hanging, steaming, tag removal and wrap-up tasks
• Coach talent on set to create engaging content
• Train new crew on occasion when onboarded
• Provide accurate data entry and tracking of production processes
• Communicate on-set progress and process efficiencies to program teams
• Coordinate with store teams and regional leaders to ensure smooth workflow

Requirements

• 2+ years experience producing video for e-commerce commercial or retail
• Experience executing video shoots from start to finish
• Self-motivated highly organized and goal-oriented team player
• Comfortable working in a fast changing deadline-driven environment
• Ability to build strong relationships with peers and production team
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and SharePoint
• Clear written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills
• Styling experience preferred
