Flex Associate Producer - SPV - Scottsdale Fashion Square

Summary

The FLEX Associate Producer supports salesperson video shoots for e-commerce by handling set preparation, on-set production, and post-shoot wrap-up to deliver an engaging online customer experience. This is a flexible, as-needed role that requires shifting between organizational tasks and hands-on filming duties while meeting throughput goals. The Associate Producer coordinates with store teams and production staff to ensure smooth operations and efficient content creation.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down video sets daily, including fixtures, laptops, and product placement
• Prep talent on product and workflow and coach on-camera performance to create engaging content
• Manage product prep and wrap-up tasks such as hanging, steaming, tag/censor removal, re-tagging, boxing, and shipping
• Adhere to filming schedules and throughput goals for each shift
• Provide accurate data entry and tracking of production processes
• Communicate on-set progress, needs, and process improvements to program and store teams
• Support training for new crew members and provide constructive feedback on talent

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience producing video on set for e-commerce, commercial, or retail
• Proven ability to execute video shoots from start to finish in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and customer-service oriented
• Proficiency with MS Office and SharePoint
• Styling experience preferred
