Summary
The Flex Associate Producer Salesperson Video supports salesperson video shoots for the ecommerce site, providing excellent online customer experience by prepping product, setting up shoots, coaching talent, and handling on-set operations on a flexible on-call schedule.
Responsibilities
- Set up video set daily including filming fixtures, laptop, and product
- Prep talent on product and workflow and adhere to filming schedule
- Assist in product prep such as hanging, steaming, and tag removal
- Manage product wrap-up including re tagging, boxing, and shipping
- Coach talent to create engaging content
- Provide accurate data entry and process tracking
- Communicate on set progress and process efficiencies
- Coordinate with store teams and regional leaders regarding set or store issues
Requirements
- 1-3 years of retail, ecommerce or commercial video production experience
- Experience executing video shoots from start to finish
- Self motivated highly organized and goal oriented team player
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and SharePoint
- Clear written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a fast changing environment with variable scheduling
- Ability to build strong relationships with peers and production team
- Styling experience preferred
