Responsibilities

• Set up video set daily including filming fixtures, laptop, and product
• Prep talent on product and workflow and keep to filming schedule
• Assist in product prep such as hanging, steaming, tag removal and wrap-up tasks
• Coach talent on set to create engaging content
• Provide training support for new crew when needed
• Perform data entry and track production processes
• Provide feedback to program and regional teams on performance and process improvements
• Communicate with store teams and leaders to ensure smooth workflow

Requirements

• 2+ years producing video on set for e-commerce, commercial or retail
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and goal-oriented team player
• Experience executing video shoots from start to finish
• Comfortable in a fast paced, changing environment with tight deadlines
• Ability to build strong relationships with production peers and store teams
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and SharePoint
• Clear written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills
• Styling experience preferred
