Responsibilities- Ensure inventory and samples are accurately audited, processed, assembled, and efficiently packed for the photo studio.
- Support studio operations in-studio and fulfillment center by picking merchandise and prepping for studio driver or shipment to other locations.
- Maintain material handling, including repetitive bending, reaching, standing, walking, and lifting 50lb boxes.
- Utilize best practices following standard operating procedures and reference aids, continuously seeking areas of improvement and communicating suggestions to leadership.
- Research and resolve issues using appropriate resources.
- Maintain an organized system of sorting samples by size or specialty type for the studio.
- Accurately enter data into studio tracking tools.
- Maintain and organize the styling area and supplies.
- Ensure adherence to company and studio policies.
Requirements- High volume, e-commerce assisting experience is a plus.
- Skilled in building and maintaining positive working relationships.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Flexibility to respond immediately to business changes and priorities.
- Ability to repetitively bend, reach, stand, walk, and lift 50lb boxes without difficulty.
- Drive productivity through efficient use of time and commitment to strong results.
- Excellent attendance and punctuality.
