Summary

The Flex Sample Assistant supports photo studio operations for online product photography by preparing and organizing merchandise for daily shoots. This flexible on-call role requires steaming, ironing, sorting, data entry into studio tracking tools, and collaboration with stylists and production staff to maintain efficient workflow and studio organization.

Responsibilities

• Prepare samples for product and on figure photography including steaming and ironing
• Sort and organize samples by size or specialty type for the studio
• Enter data accurately into studio tracking tools
• Provide support entering product descriptions including measurements content and care details
• Maintain and organize styling area and supplies
• Collaborate with Assistant Stylists Stylists Sample Coordinators and Producers
• Respond flexibly to changing business needs and peak periods
• Lift and move items up to 30 pounds as needed

Requirements

• Exceptional steaming and ironing skills
• Knowledge of fabrics care and proper handling
• High volume e-commerce assisting experience a plus
• Strong attention to detail organization and time management
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency with Mac OS and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to lift 30 pounds
• Demonstrated understanding of high-end retail service environment
