Flex Sample Assistant - Photo Studio

Summary

The Flex Sample Assistant supports photo studio operations for the online store by prepping and organizing merchandise for daily shoots. This on-call role requires flexibility in hours during peak periods and collaboration with stylists and production staff to maintain studio workflow and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare samples for product and on figure photography including steaming and ironing
• Sort and organize samples by size or specialty type for studio use
• Enter data accurately into studio tracking tools
• Provide support entering product descriptions including measurements content and care details
• Maintain and organize the styling area and supplies
• Collaborate with assistant stylists stylists sample coordinators and producers to ensure efficient workflow
• Adhere to company and studio policies and procedures

Requirements

• Exceptional steaming and ironing skills
• Knowledge of fabrics care and proper handling
• High volume e-commerce assisting experience a plus
• Strong attention to detail organization and time management skills
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships and work independently
• Flexible and able to respond immediately to business changes and priorities
• Proficiency with Mac OS and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to lift 30 pounds
