Flex Sample Coordinator - Photo Studio

Summary

Coordinate sample handling and inventory for the photo studio on a flexible, on-call schedule. Perform check-in, tagging, packing and tracking of samples while communicating status to relevant departments and managing dispositions after photo shoots. Work in a fast-paced retail showroom environment and meet urgent deadlines as needed.

Responsibilities

• Unpack, hang, re-tag and check in samples daily
• Pack samples for various categories and prepare shipments
• Update departments when samples are received checked-in and shipped
• Maintain knowledge of sample location and status throughout production
• Manage disposition of samples following photo shoots
• Communicate cross departmentally and identify discrepancies during check-in
• Prioritize multiple tasks to meet urgent deadlines
• Lift up to 30 pounds and perform physical duties including bending and standing

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree or equivalent experience
• 1+ years experience in sample handling or inventory management in retail or showroom
• Excellent interpersonal organization and time management skills
• Ability to meet urgent deadlines and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated dependable work ethic
• Proficiency in MS Office suite
• Ability to lift 30 pounds bend stretch and stand for extended periods
