Responsibilities

• Set up video set daily including camera audio lighting and fixtures per program guidelines
• Ensure proper lighting focus and capture of videos and b-roll
• Partner with on-set Associate Producer to provide feedback and guidance to talent
• Coach talent on set to create engaging content
• Manage audio and audit content while filming
• Backup footage after each shift and upload for post-production
• Maintain audio and video supplies and communicate repair or replacement needs
• Assist in prep and shipping of product as needed
• Support training for new crew members on occasion

Requirements

• Bachelor or Associate degree in audio and video production preferred
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite SharePoint and MS Office Suite
• 5 years audio and video production experience
• 3 years experience working in the fashion industry
• Ability to lift 60 pounds
• Ability to think on your feet and make quick decisions
• Clear effective verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills
