Flex Videographer - Perimeter Mall

Summary

The Flex Videographer for the Salesperson Video Program (SPV) produces high-quality video content with salespeople and stylists for Nordstrom.com to enhance the online customer experience. This on-site role works on a flexible, as-needed schedule at Perimeter Mall and supports in-store content creation and post-production workflows. The Videographer collaborates with producers and talent to deliver polished video and b-roll that aligns with program guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Set up camera, audio, lighting, and fixtures daily following program framing and technical guidelines
• Ensure proper lighting, focus, and capture quality for video and b-roll
• Partner with on-set Associate Producer to provide feedback and guidance to talent and coach on-camera performance
• Manage audio during shoots and audit captured content for quality
• Backup footage after each shift and upload files for post-production
• Assist with prep and shipping of product and maintain audio/video supplies and equipment
• Support occasional training or onboarding of crew members and report needed repairs to the regional Producer

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Audio/Video Production preferred
• 5 years of audio and video production experience and 3 years working in the fashion industry
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, SharePoint, and MS Office
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and operate/maintain production equipment
• Clear verbal communication, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to make quick decisions on set
