Flex Videographer SPV - Oakbrook

Summary

The FLEX Videographer creates high quality professional videos with salespeople and stylists to support e-commerce content. This on-call flexible role involves set up and operation of camera, audio, and lighting equipment, coaching talent, managing footage, and coordinating with producers for post-production. The position requires fashion industry experience and technical proficiency in audio and video production tools.

Responsibilities

• Set up camera, audio, lighting and fixtures according to program guidelines
• Ensure proper lighting and focus for videos and b-roll
• Partner with Associate Producer to provide feedback and guidance to talent
• Coach on-set talent to create engaging content
• Manage audio and audit content while filming
• Backup footage after each shift and upload for post-production
• Maintain audio and video supplies and report equipment repairs or replacements
• Assist in prep and shipping of product as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor or Associate degree in Audio and Video Production preferred
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, SharePoint, and MS Office Suite
• 5 years of audio and video production experience
• 3 years of experience in the fashion industry
• Ability to lift 60 pounds
• Clear and effective verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to make quick decisions
