Floor Director

As a Floor Director at Hermès Dallas, you will play a pivotal role in leading the sales team and enhancing the client experience in a luxury retail environment. You will be responsible for managing floor operations, ensuring visual standards, and driving sales performance.

• Supervise, coach, and mentor the selling team to deliver excellent client service.
• Manage merchandising and stock needs, ensuring communication with relevant teams.
• Lead monthly focus initiatives to improve business performance.
• Communicate regularly with the Managing Director and store management team.
• Conduct productivity meetings and performance appraisals for staff.
• Prepare for inventories and cycle counts, ensuring accuracy and reconciliation.
• Represent store leadership in the absence of the Managing Director.
• Manage budget responsibilities, including sales and payroll adherence.

• Minimum 3 years of store management or flagship assistant store manager experience.
• Previous buying experience and team management skills.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Excel, Lotus Notes, Microsoft Office, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage stress and multitask effectively.
• Professional demeanor with excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to travel 3-5 weeks annually to Paris.
