Floor Supervisor - San Francisco Premium Outlet

Summary

Responsible for supervising sales floor operations at the outlet location, supporting the store management team to deliver excellent customer service and maintain merchandising standards. Oversees associates during shifts and ensures the floor is operationally efficient and visually appealing. Acts as a point of contact for escalated customer issues and assists with loss prevention and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily sales floor activities and direct store associates.
• Ensure merchandise is stocked, organized, and presented to standards.
• Provide coaching and on the job training to team members.
• Assist with customer service escalations and resolve issues.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention efforts.
• Open or close the sales floor as assigned and complete shift reports.
• Communicate operational updates to store management.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of retail supervisory or management experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast paced environment.
• Knowledge of merchandising and store operational procedures.
• Reliable availability including weekends and holidays as needed.
