Summary

The Floor Supervisor leads sales-floor execution and delivers an elevated, personalized client experience. This active seller achieves individual sales objectives while serving as manager on duty, coaching team members, and supporting daily store operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the brand's selling ceremony and provide personalized product recommendations and service.
• Achieve individual sales objectives and KPIs, build client relationships, and conduct proactive client outreach.
• Lead the sales floor as manager on duty, maintain appropriate coverage, and coach team members.
• Support onboarding, store operations, inventory accuracy, visual presentation, and company standards.
• Communicate client insights, sales trends, and operational priorities to store leadership.

Requirements

• Two to four years of sales experience in luxury fashion or premium retail; supervisory or leadership experience is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated client service, sales performance, commercial awareness, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with clienteling and CRM tools; proficiency with POS, inventory systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
