Job Description

Summary

The Account Executive develops multi-brand retail sales and executes CHANEL business objectives across the Los Angeles territory. The role supports store teams through sales strategy, education, coaching, promotional programming, and brand image standards.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor sales performance and partner with store leadership to meet business objectives.
  • Develop client strategies, build retailer relationships, and plan and execute in-store events.
  • Recruit, onboard, and coach counter teams in product knowledge, service, artistry, and client development.
  • Ensure merchandising guidelines and brand image standards are maintained across stores.
  • Manage budgets and communicate counter issues and market opportunities to corporate partners.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience; multi-brand retail or retail experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, coaching, recruitment, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to manage significant sales volume and deliver results.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills; able to lift at least 40 pounds.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25% to 30% and visit stores and corporate offices as needed.
