Summary

Provide exceptional in-store fragrance and beauty client experiences as the CHANEL brand ambassador, building lasting client relationships and achieving sales targets through product knowledge and personalized service. Deliver consistent excellence using company service rituals and contribute to an omni-channel client experience. Maintain a professional, hygienic front of house presentation and participate in ongoing training and seasonal seminars.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve clients delivering the CHANEL service ritual and personalized consultations
• Deepen client relationships to drive loyalty recruit and retain clients
• Achieve sales targets through product recommendations services and data capture
• Support omni-channel service connecting in-store and online experiences
• Attend and apply learnings from seasonal seminars and training tools
• Demonstrate brand heritage knowledge and share with clients and team
• Prepare and maintain a clean tidy and professional sales area following visual merchandising guidelines
• Address and resolve client situations partnering with appropriate teams as needed

Requirements

• Passion for fragrance and cosmetics with artistry skills preferred
• Excellent communication and client service orientation
• Ability to work full-time in-store including standing for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 5 lbs and perform front of house duties
• Foreign language skills preferred but not required
• Enthusiastic team player adaptable to scheduling changes
• Willingness to learn grow and implement brand training
