Provide exceptional in-store fragrance and beauty service as a brand ambassador delivering the CHANEL service ritual. Build long-lasting client relationships, deepen loyalty through personalized recommendations, and support sales goals while maintaining brand standards and visual merchandising.
Responsibilities
- Deliver superior client service and personalized consultations for fragrance and beauty products
- Build and maintain client relationships to drive loyalty and repeat purchases
- Achieve individual and boutique sales targets through product and service recommendations
- Use omni-channel tools to support a seamless in-store to online client experience
- Participate in seasonal trainings and apply learnings via daily practice
- Support brand events by introducing products and demonstrating services to clients
- Maintain a clean, tidy, hygienic, and professional work area following visual guidelines
- Address and resolve client situations according to company standards, partnering with teams as needed
Requirements
- Experience in cosmetics and fragrance sales or related retail roles
- Strong client service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to scheduling changes
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 5 lbs
- Passion for brand, product knowledge, and desire to learn and grow professionally
- Artistry skills and direct brand experience preferred
- Foreign language skills preferred but not required
