Provide exceptional CHANEL fragrance and beauty client service in-store at Bridgeport Village, building long-term relationships and delivering the CHANEL service ritual to drive sales and loyalty. Represent the brand with product knowledge, professionalism, and a focus on client experience while supporting omnichannel activity and in-store events.
Responsibilities
- Deliver superior client service using CHANEL service standards
- Build and deepen client relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business
- Achieve sales targets through product demonstrations services and client recruitment
- Support and participate in seasonal training and implement learnings
- Provide a seamless omnichannel experience between in-store and online
- Address and resolve client situations following company standards
- Support in-store events through client introduction and demonstration
- Maintain a clean tidy hygienic and professional work area per visual merchandising guidelines
Requirements
- Passion for cosmetics and fragrance with product knowledge or brand experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with emotional intelligence
- Ability to thrive in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
- Flexible and adaptable to scheduling changes and business needs
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 5 lbs
- Enthusiastic learner with desire to grow within the brand
- Foreign language skills preferred but not required
