Summary
The Fragrance And Beauty Advisor is a full-time in-store brand ambassador responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences, deepening client relationships, and supporting sales goals through product knowledge, service rituals, and omni-channel engagement. This role requires passion for cosmetics and fragrance, strong communication skills, and the ability to represent the House of Chanel professionally while maintaining a clean and inviting boutique environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide superior personalized service to every client following the company service ritual
- Build and deepen client relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business
- Achieve sales targets through product recommendations, services, and data capture
- Support omni-channel client experiences between in-store and online touchpoints
- Participate in seasonal training and apply learnings to daily client interactions
- Address and resolve client situations per company standards and escalate when needed
- Present and demonstrate upcoming events and promotions to clients
- Maintain boutique cleanliness and follow Visual Merchandising guidelines
- Collaborate with team and manager to support store operations and client service
Requirements
- Passion for and knowledge of cosmetics and fragrance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop strong long-lasting client relationships
- Flexible and adaptable to scheduling changes and business needs
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 5 lbs
- Prior brand or artistry experience preferred
- Foreign language skills preferred but not required
- Commitment to professional growth and learning
- Customer service oriented with strong listening skills
