Summary
Provide exceptional client service as a CHANEL Fragrance and Beauty Advisor in a full-time, in-store role. Serve as a brand ambassador by building lasting client relationships, delivering personalized consultations, and supporting sales through product and service knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Deliver superior service to every client using CHANEL service rituals
- Build and deepen client relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business
- Achieve sales targets through product demonstrations, services, and data capture
- Support omni-channel client experiences between in-store and online
- Attend training and apply product and service learnings
- Represent brand heritage and educate clients and team members
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and visually compliant work area
- Address and resolve client situations according to company standards
- Participate in store events and introduce clients to offerings
Requirements
- Passion for cosmetics and fragrance with product knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a team and provide elevated client experiences
- Artistry skills and direct brand experience preferred
- Foreign language skills preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 5 lbs
- Flexible and adaptable to schedule changes and business needs
