Provide exceptional client service as a Fragrance and Beauty Advisor representing a luxury brand at Easton Town Center. Build long lasting client relationships, deliver product demonstrations, and support omni channel experiences while maintaining brand standards and a professional sales floor.
Responsibilities
- Deliver superior service through the brand service ritual to every client
- Deepen client relationships and drive loyalty through personal connection
- Achieve sales targets using product knowledge services and data capture
- Participate in seasonal education and apply learnings to daily activities
- Support omni channel client experience between in store and online
- Address and resolve client situations according to company standards
- Promote events and involve clients through introductions and demonstrations
- Maintain clean tidy hygienic and professional work area following visual merchandising
- Communicate regularly with team and manager and uphold ethical conduct
Requirements
- Passion for cosmetics fragrance and luxury brand products
- Artistry skills and direct brand experience preferred
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 5 lbs
- Flexible and adaptable to scheduling changes and new directions
- Enthusiastic team player with professional demeanor
- Foreign language skills preferred but not required
