Responsibilities

• Deliver superior client service using the brand service ritual
• Deepen client relationships through personal connection and trust
• Achieve sales targets using product, services, and data capture
• Participate in training and apply learnings to daily client interactions
• Support omni-channel experiences between in-store and online
• Address and resolve client situations per company standards
• Assist with events by introducing and demonstrating products
• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and visually compliant work area
• Communicate professionally with team and management

Requirements

• Passion for cosmetics and fragrance with brand knowledge
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to build client relationships and loyalty
• Flexible and adaptable to scheduling and direction
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 5 lbs
• Artistry skills and direct brand experience preferred
• Foreign language skills preferred but not required
• Enthusiastic team player with professional demeanor
