As a Fragrance and Beauty Assistant Boutique Manager at International Plaza, you will play a pivotal role in leading our boutique team, ensuring exceptional client experiences, and maintaining operational excellence. • Lead and develop the boutique team in collaboration with the Boutique Director.
• Provide superior service to clients and ensure floor coverage.
• Manage sales floor operations, including stock and inventory needs.
• Execute operational responsibilities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Assist in event planning and execution.
• Maintain brand image and visual merchandising standards.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School diploma required.
• 3+ years of leadership sales experience in a retail luxury environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
