Job Description

Summary

The Fragrance & Beauty Account Executive supports and develops sales across multi-brand retail accounts in the Houston territory. This role executes business strategies, builds client and retail leadership relationships, and develops counter teams while upholding brand image. The position includes approximately 50% to 75% travel.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor retail sales and hold counter teams accountable to established objectives.
  • Coordinate store visits, sales plans, product launches, events, and client development strategies.
  • Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop counter teams in partnership with education colleagues.
  • Ensure merchandising guidelines and visual standards are executed, and communicate counter issues to corporate partners.
  • Manage the territory budget and follow company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Five or more years of relevant experience; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, planning, organizational, and computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Suite.
  • Proven recruiting ability and experience in multi-brand retail or retail, including managing significant sales volume.
  • Ability to travel approximately 50% to 75%, visit stores and corporate offices as needed, and lift at least 40 pounds.
