Summary

The Fragrance & Beauty Advisor delivers elevated client experiences and represents the brand in an in-store boutique. The role builds client relationships, supports sales goals, and shares product and brand knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive service, build client loyalty, and address client needs and concerns.
• Achieve sales targets through product recommendations, services, and client outreach.
• Maintain knowledge of products, brand heritage, events, and learning resources.
• Support an omni-channel client experience and follow visual merchandising and hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with the team and maintain a professional, welcoming work area.

Requirements

• Passion for cosmetics, fragrance, and client experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Artistry skills and direct brand experience preferred; foreign language skills are a plus.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 5 pounds.
• Full-time, in-store presence required.
