Summary

The Fragrance & Beauty Advisor provides elevated in-store service and represents the brand as an ambassador. The role builds lasting client relationships, supports sales goals, and creates a seamless client experience across channels.

Responsibilities

• Deliver superior service and develop client loyalty through personal connection and trust.
• Achieve sales targets by using product knowledge, services, and client data to recruit and retain clients.
• Maintain an omni-channel mindset and resolve client situations in line with company standards.
• Share brand heritage and product knowledge, support events, and follow visual merchandising guidelines.
• Keep the work area clean, tidy, hygienic, and professional.

Requirements

• Passion for cosmetics, fragrance, and the brand's products and heritage.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Artistry skills and direct brand experience preferred; foreign language skills are a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 5 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work full-time in-store and in person.
