Responsibilities

• Lead, recruit, coach, and develop boutique employees, including succession planning and onboarding.
• Drive sales, client development, events, and business growth through strong client relationships and an omnichannel mindset.
• Oversee boutique operations, including inventory, scheduling, expenses, reporting, loss prevention, and visual standards.
• Resolve employee and client concerns while fostering an inclusive, collaborative environment.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and client experience skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, lift 20 pounds, and stand for extended periods.
• Flexible availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
