SummaryAs a Fragrance and Beauty Account Executive, you will support and develop Multi Brand Retail sales through education and motivation of store sales staff. You will be responsible for executing CHANEL business objectives, promotional programming, upholding brand image, and talent development at the store level.
Responsibilities- Execute business strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Monitor retail sales and hold Counter team accountable to sales objectives.
- Establish in-store time with Counter teams and Store leadership for alignment on business objectives.
- Develop client strategy with Counter Manager to attain new clients and develop a loyal client base.
- Foster strong relationships with Retail leadership to ensure CHANEL's positioning in beauty departments.
- Plan and execute in-store events in partnership with Regional Director and other corporate partners.
- Manage budget and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Recruit and develop Counter teams with a focus on succession planning.
- Provide orientation training and onboarding for new hires.
- Coach and support Counter Managers and BAs in product, service, and artistry skills.
- Ensure brand image is upheld and merchandising guidelines are executed.
Requirements- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Proven ability to recruit and develop talent.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and creative thinker.
- Home office setup with occasional travel required.
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Suite.
- Ability to lift at least 40 pounds.
