As a Fragrance and Beauty Advisor at CHANEL Harbor East, you will be a key ambassador for the brand, providing exceptional service and building strong relationships with clients. You will contribute to the growth of the business by achieving sales targets and ensuring a seamless client experience both in-store and online.

• Provide superior service to every client through the CHANEL service ritual.
• Build and deepen client relationships and loyalty through personal connection and trust.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth by recruiting and retaining clients.
• Attend seasonal seminars and utilize learning applications to enhance knowledge.
• Maintain an omni-channel mindset to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Resolve client situations according to company standards and philosophy.
• Share knowledge of the brand's heritage and products with clients and team members.
• Ensure the work area is clean, tidy, and professional at all times.
• Communicate regularly with the team and manager, maintaining a positive attitude.

• Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
• Understanding of and passion for client experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Artistry skills and direct brand experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 5 lbs. and stand for extended periods of time.
• Full-time in-store presence required to support client sales and service.
