Job Description

Summary

As a Front Desk Key Holder at Bloomie's Shrewsbury, you will be responsible for overseeing the front desk operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining security protocols. You will play a key role in managing daily activities and supporting the team in a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee front desk operations and ensure smooth daily activities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Maintain security protocols and manage key holder responsibilities.
  • Support team members and assist in training new staff.
  • Coordinate with management to implement store policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in a retail or customer service role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle challenging situations.
  • Basic knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
