Front of House Senior - Café Bistro

The Front of House Senior at Café Bistro in The Gardens is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This role involves a variety of front of house tasks to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests.

• Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the restaurant’s menu and products.
• Support front of house areas through tasks such as seating customers, answering telephones, cashiering, and rolling silverware.
• Brew coffee and tea, and process to-go and third-party delivery food orders.
• Assist with food expediting, soup service, and maintaining retail displays, food cases, and stations.
• Provide support with bussing and ongoing table maintenance and restaurant cleaning.

• 1+ year experience in food service or hospitality preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers.
• Experience thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
• Possession of a food handler’s card where required by local or state regulations.
