Summary

The Fulfillment Support Associate will assist with receiving, processing, and preparing customer orders for shipment at the store level. This part time role supports daily fulfillment operations and helps maintain inventory accuracy while ensuring timely order completion.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming merchandise and verify shipment contents
• Process online orders and prepare items for pickup or shipping
• Pack orders securely and complete required shipping documentation
• Update inventory records to reflect received and fulfilled items
• Coordinate with sales floor and warehouse teams to locate products
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of fulfillment and storage areas
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets for order processing

Requirements

• Experience in retail fulfillment, shipping, or inventory control preferred
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift moderate weight
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order handling
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Availability to work a flexible part time schedule including weekends
