Fulfillment Support Associate - 59th Street

Summary

Seasonal part time role supporting store fulfillment operations at the 59th Street location. The associate will assist with receiving inventory, processing orders, and ensuring timely preparation of items for customer pickup and delivery during peak season.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments and verify inventory counts
• Process online orders for pickup and prepare packages for delivery
• Organize stockroom and maintain accurate inventory records
• Operate point of sale and fulfillment systems to update order status
• Coordinate with sales associates and management to prioritize orders
• Pack items securely and label packages for customer pickup or shipment
• Assist with restocking sales floor as needed

Requirements

• Prior retail or warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to lift and carry merchandise safely
• Familiarity with inventory or order management systems is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Customer focused with good communication skills
