Fulfillment Support Associate - Short Hills

Summary

Provide operational support for order fulfillment activities at the Short Hills location, ensuring timely processing and accurate handling of merchandise. Collaborate with store and fulfillment teams to maintain inventory flow and meet customer expectations. Perform physical and administrative tasks related to shipping receiving and order preparation.

Responsibilities

• Pick pack and prepare orders for shipment
• Receive and inspect incoming merchandise
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock locations
• Coordinate with store associates and fulfillment partners on order status
• Prepare shipping labels and documentation
• Operate packing equipment and follow handling procedures
• Ensure work area is organized and compliant with safety standards
• Assist with returns processing and restocking

Requirements

• Previous warehouse retail or fulfillment experience preferred
• Ability to lift and move packages regularly
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable punctual attendance and ability to work on feet
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
