Fulfillment Support Supervisor

As a Fulfillment Support Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of the fulfillment team, ensuring that all orders are processed efficiently and accurately. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the fulfillment team.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the purchasing department as needed.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Train and mentor team members to develop their skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve any order-related issues.

• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role within a fulfillment or warehouse environment.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
