Fulfillment Support Supervisor - Chestnut Hill

Summary

The Fulfillment Support Supervisor oversees day-to-day fulfillment operations at the Chestnut Hill location, ensuring timely processing and delivery of orders while coaching the fulfillment team. This role partners with store and logistics staff to maintain inventory accuracy and meet operational performance targets. The supervisor will handle escalations and implement process improvements to optimize workflow.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach fulfillment associates to meet productivity and quality standards
• Coordinate order picking packing and shipping activities to ensure on-time fulfillment
• Monitor inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts and reconciliation
• Manage workflows and prioritize tasks during peak periods
• Handle escalated customer and internal fulfillment issues
• Train new team members on fulfillment procedures and systems
• Track performance metrics and report operational results to management

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in fulfillment operations or supervisory retail role
• Experience leading small teams with strong coaching skills
• Knowledge of inventory control and order management processes
• Strong organizational problem solving and communication skills
• Ability to work on site in a retail fulfillment environment
