Job Description

Summary

Supervise and coordinate in-store fulfillment operations at the Lenox Square location, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer orders, ship-from-store and buy-online-pickup-in-store activity. Lead a team of fulfillment associates to meet service and accuracy targets while supporting store operational goals. Act as a point of contact between store operations, inventory, and customer service to resolve order issues and improve processes.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily fulfillment workflows including picking, packing, shipping, and customer pickup operations.
  • Schedule, train, and coach fulfillment associates to maintain productivity and accuracy standards.
  • Monitor order accuracy, processing times, and inventory availability; escalate and resolve discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with store management and inventory teams to prioritize orders and manage stock for fulfillment.
  • Maintain safe, organized back-of-house and adhere to loss-prevention procedures.

Requirements

  • Prior retail or fulfillment experience with at least some supervisory or lead responsibility preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for order accuracy and inventory management.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with store teams.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and move packages as required, and work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with order management or POS systems.
