Fulfillment Support Supervisor - Tysons Corner

Summary

The Fulfillment Support Supervisor leads colleagues completing daily in-store fulfillment tasks. This role models order-picking and packing standards, coordinates workloads, and ensures packages are prepared carefully and on time.

Responsibilities

• Train, lead, and coach colleagues on picking and packing orders, including in-store pickup and same-day delivery.
• Plan workloads, allocate resources, and schedule staffing to meet fulfillment goals and company standards.
• Model packing behaviors and review outgoing packages to ensure quality.
• Monitor fulfillment metrics, audits, equipment, and safety standards.
• Serve as the in-store subject matter expert for fulfillment technology and applications.
• Collaborate with store leaders and develop training for selling colleagues.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent encouraged.
• 1-2 years of related experience.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and adaptability skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a flexible retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
