Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in fulfillment or logistics
• Prior supervisory or team lead experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast paced environment
• Familiarity with inventory and order management systems
• Ability to train and mentor team members
