Full-Time Brand Ambassador

Summary

The Brand Ambassador delivers a personalized, inspiring shopping experience while contributing to sales goals and maintaining Ralph Lauren's brand standards. This customer-focused role supports customers throughout their shopping journey and contributes to an inclusive, collaborative store environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and personalized styling support, including assistance in fitting rooms.
• Meet or exceed individual sales and performance objectives and contribute to store sales plans.
• Educate customers about products, programs, and available offerings.
• Maintain sales-floor, fitting-room, visual, and back-of-house standards.
• Support store operations, including replenishment, floor sets, and opening and closing tasks.
• Participate in training and share product feedback and category opportunities with management.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as needed.
• Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts or travel as required.
