Gallery Curating Associate (Visual Merchandiser)

Summary

The Gallery Curating Associate supports the visual presentation and client experience at the gallery. This role partners with gallery leadership, curators and corporate teams to execute creative vision, uphold visual standards and drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute merchandise floor sets while maintaining the gallery's visual integrity.
• Train and mentor team members on floor sets, visual standards, signage, gallery maintenance and recovery.
• Audit planograms and visual maps, and contribute creative perspective on company directives.
• Help maintain inventory integrity and communicate product information and care.
• Represent the brand with polished communication, professionalism and refined taste.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of visual merchandising experience in luxury retail or a related field.
• Strong technical ability to use platforms for inventory tracking and replacement requests.
• Highly organized, results-oriented, and attentive to quality and detail.
• Excellent communication, multitasking, prioritization and creative problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office and Google Applications.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and meet the physical demands of gallery work.
