Summary

The Gallery Curator leads a cross-functional team to deliver visual merchandising strategies and business results in a luxury home furnishings gallery. The role champions the brand's design perspective and supports an elevated customer experience through well-presented merchandise and a polished environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop visual merchandising plans with gallery leadership and centralized visual teams.
• Partner with internal teams to establish sales-driving strategies and ensure execution of brand standards.
• Train gallery teams on merchandise presentation, signage, maintenance, recovery, and cleanliness.
• Communicate the brand's design point of view and product assortment.
• Engage, empower, and hold teams accountable for results.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of leadership and visual experience in luxury retail.
• Demonstrated ability to embrace change, manage complex priorities, and deliver results.
• Strong communication, leadership, and strategic skills, including experience motivating teams through business analysis.
• Ability to create a positive, healthy work environment and maintain a strong commitment to quality and detail.
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 30 pounds and perform prolonged standing, bending, and other physical activities.
